The Warren
Pumps Service Department maintains competent, well trained
Field Service personnel, who are available for technical
supervision of startup, inspection, repair and maintenance
of Warren Pumps.
The customer will be responsible for providing all tools, labor, equipment and supplies required for the performance of service regardless of warranty circumstances.
Warren Pumps Service personnel function in an advisory capacity. Warren Pumps does not assume responsibility for injury to person or damage to property occurring in the course of, or as a result of, the presence of Service Personnel upon the premises of the customer. Warren Pumps accepts no responsibility for the performance of Warren Pumps not installed and operated in complete accordance with the instruction furnished for the units. If improper performance is caused by inherent defects, Warren Pumps is responsible only to the extent of the applicable guarantees contained in the contract. Under no circumstances will Warren Pumps accept any responsibility for consequential damages of any kind or character.
