Preferred Carrier List
October 2004

Effective immediately, the following Preferred Carrier list will be in effect:

1. All Air shipments under 150 lbs. are to be shipped UPS.

2. All Air shipments over 150 lbs. are to be shipped Emery Air.

3. All Ground shipments over 150 lbs. are to be shipped by using carriers in the following order of priority:

   1. Federal Express Freight (American Freightways

   2. Overnite Trucking

As required by our purchase orders to you, all inbound freight must be shipped freight collect on preferred carriers of Warren Pumps. Please use the following account numbers:  031304 for UPS, 059-017855 for Emery, 72528573 for Fedex Freight and Consignee IMO Pump for Overnite, Con Way – IMOIS 991 004 for shipments from the North East, IMOIS 992 005 for shipments from the South East, IMOIS 994 004 for shipments from the West. Failure to use these carriers and account numbers will result in a back charge of freight cost.
